Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: (3-7 business days) From $15.95
- Express Shipping: (2-3 business days) From $18.95
- Extra shipping costs may be added to wrap and dtf sale orders depending on the number of wraps ordered.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and can be affected by external factors like courier delays or customs clearance.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Bee Creative is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Bee Creative is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs regulations in each country.
