Refunds and Returns
Bee Creative want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at beecreativebybrooke@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s).
Please note:
- Certain items, such as custom or personalized orders, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- UVDTF wraps & Heat Transfers are non refundable.
- Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at beecreativebybrooke@outlook.com
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
